Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Louisville? Look no further than Addison Park Apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Addison Park. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

Addison Park Apartments allows dogs and cats for a non-refundable pet fee of $300
Pet Rent is $30 per month, per pet
No more than two (2) pets
We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds. The property staff reserves the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed.
